"Acts of Bastardry"

Bastardry:

(Also: bastardisation, Webster's Twentieth Century Dictionary.)

Official Government acts, and the passing of legislation, designed to make or prove all Aboriginal people to be bastards; to declare them legally illegitimate; to misuse and corrupt them; to legally declare them of inferior quality and varying from the standard set down: as a people declared by the New South Wales Government to have a counterfeit or sham set of beliefs, culture, religion, law, government, and a history of uncertain origin; with a spurious and not genuine claim to any kind of rights, as an inferior, adulterated people; unusual by all Anglo-Saxon standards, not conforming to standard measures; and vestigial by virtue of the New South Wales Government's unrelenting attempts, by use of Statute, to destroy their subject-ship, citizenship and land ownership rights.
