AT Two o'clock of Wednesday, the 6th day of May next, the Collector of Internal Revenue will put up to AUCTION in the George-street Market Building, letter C, the Lease of each of the undermentioned PORTIONS OF LAND, for one year, commencing 1st July, 1835, on the Conditions authorised by Government.

Further information respecting the Land may be obtained from the Surveyor-General, and respecting the Conditions, from the Collector of Internal Revenue.

1. Northumberland, 640, Six hundred and forty acres, parish unnamed, at Wickettywees, on the Bulga-road ; bounded on the west by 700 acres, applied for by William Bridle ; on the south and south-east by the Bulga-road ; on the east and north by section lines. Applied for by William Bridle.

2. Westmoreland, 600, Six hundred acres, parish of Bolton, being the remainder of section No. 20 ; bounded on the north by the land applied for by Charles Herrin ; on the west by Thomas Raines's 2000 acres grant ; on the south by the village reserve, and on the east by Robert Lawe's 2000 acres grant. 3. Westmoreland, 640, Six hundred and forty acres, parish of Bolton, section No. 22 ; bounded on the north by the village reserve ; on the east by Thomas Raines's 2000 acres grant; on the south by the section line, and on the east by the grant of Scott and Tom. Applied for by William Freiwen.

5. Bathurst, 1200, One thousand two hundred acres, parish unnamed, on Flyer's Creek ; bounded on the south by the section line three miles north of William Lawson's 1113 acres purchase ; on the west by Flyer's Creek ; on the north and east by section lines. Applied for by James Crispe.
